  • Standard Shipping: 1–3 business days
  • Shipping Cost: €4.95 (free for orders over €100)

International:

  • EU: 3–7 business days
  • Worldwide: 5–10 business days

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a tracking link by email once your package has been shipped.

Track & Trace

Once shipped, you’ll receive a track & trace code via email so you can follow your package at any time.

Customs & Import Fees (outside the EU)

For international orders outside the EU, customs or import duties may apply. These are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy

  • You can return items within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (tags attached).
  • Limited Editions or Custom Pieces cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged.

How to Return


1. Email us at info@curacaosveryown.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. We'll send you instructions on where to send the item.

3. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue your refund within 5 business days.

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (unless the item is faulty or incorrect).

Want a different size or color?

  • Follow the same steps as above.
  • Once we receive your return, we’ll ship out the new item (if available in stock).
